Effective January 2018
Install new seat—$650
Install new knee pads—$250-$300/pair (Doesn't include external block & mono flap saddles)
Install new knee rolls—$200/pair (Doesn't include external block & mono flap saddles)
Install new seat foam—$200+ (Prices can vary depending on saddle design)
Install new tree— $300 (Plus the cost of the tree)
Convert foam panels to wool flocked—$250 (Additional barn call may be needed)
Add gussets to panels—$350 (Includes new flocking)
Install new rivets—$250
Strip flocking (Replace all old wool with new)—$250 (Additional barn call may be needed)
Replace 4 long billets—$110-$145 (Price varies if panels need to be removed)
Replace 6 short billets—$145
Saddle Inspection Fee— $45 (Only when no repairs are performed)
Re-stain Saddle— $150
New Trilogy saddle demo fee $100 + Travel (Demo fee is only charged if a new saddle is not ordered)
New girth elastic (4)—$50
Replace girth buckle—$25
Replace bridle buckle—$15
Replace hook stud—$15
Minimum charge for any re-stitching—$10
Areas traveled to are Central/Eastern Massachusetts, Southern VT, Southern NH, North Eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. For a group of 5 or more other areas in New England may be considered.
Within 40 miles one-way from our Royalston, MA workshop it is $45 a person.
For travel over 40 miles one-way there will be an additional $.55 a mile round trip charge.
Additional Barn call fee can be divided between clients with a minimum charge of $45 per client.
Additional travel fees may apply if only coming out for one fitting.
For cancellations under 24 hours a cancellation fee of $30 may be applied.
